I go to the salon every week to get my hair done. They use a serum in my hair and put me under the dryer. Every 4-6 weeks I use Aphrogee's reconstructor in my hair. I don't have any breakage because of it.

I'm using the Nu Gro line right now and it's helping a lot with the shedding.
